IELTS USA Official Test Center: ELS San Antonio, TX
ELS San Antonio is an official IELTS test center located on the campus of the University of the Incarnate Word in San Antonio, Texas. San Antonio is the 7th most populous city in the U.S. with a population of 1.3 million. San Antonio is a friendly and laid-back city with a diverse population and a wide variety of entertainment and attractions. Among those many attractions is Fiesta®, a flamboyant, 18-day citywide party unique to San Antonio. Fiesta® began in 1881 as a way to honor the memory of the heroes of the Alamo and the Battle of San Jacinto. Fiesta® has since become one of the largest festivals in the United States. San Antonio is also home to the top tourist destination in all of Texas, “The Alamo” museum, which was originally a fortress compound and the site of the Battle of the Alamo in 1836.
San Antonio is also home to the San Antonio Stock Show & Rodeo (one of the largest in the country), the Riverwalk (downtown area with numerous shops, bars, and restaurants), Six Flags, Sea World and the five-time NBA Championship team, the San Antonio Spurs.
San Antonio area colleges and universities include the University of the Incarnate Word, the University of Texas at San Antonio, Texas A&M University-San Antonio, the Alamo Community College District among others.
